In Store Returns

The Dark Horse is happy to offer 14 days for a full refund of any in-store purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with a receipt of purchase.

After 14 days, we are only able to offer an in-store credit.

Sale items, custom items and antiques are all final sale.

Online Returns

We will gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for online purchases. To return or exchange a product purchased online, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and send items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and if the item is not returned in its original condition we will not refund.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please do so within 1 hour of purchase.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Sale items are final sale.

Workshops

All workshops are non-refundable.  If an emergency comes up we will do our best to accommodate you.  No-shows to a workshop forfeit their registration.
